Both of my dogs had a fantastic time boarding at Dogotel. They were both well looked after and had a great time in the paddock. They didn't want to leave.

Staff were very friendly. Very clean and smell free. It was the first time Yoshi had been to a cattery. Its been the making of him. He must have missed me a little because he has been so loving since he came home.

Dogotel were so helpful when a relative was taken into hospital and his dog needed taking into kennels. We had no idea as to the length of the hospital stay but the staff, especially Paula, were so accommodating and fair when it came to fees, reassuring us that we would only be charged for time spent in kennels. The pricing was very competitive and the relative's dog was well looked after, returning home happy and healthy. Many thanks to all at Dogotel.

We left our nervous kitten with them. He seemed to be ok when we picked him up, and so were the workers 😇

Update. Sad to say, the hydrotherapy facility has closed because the owners don’t care enough about animals in need to keep it open. Diane & Emily were fantastic hydrotherapists who had no choice but to give notice when promised pay increases failed to materialise. They gave the required notice and were then blamed in a text from owner to customers, as the reason they had been forced to close the facility. Well what do they expect. When you increase your charges by 20% and you treat your staff poorly they will usually go elsewhere - sadly the customers have no other choice! To require the underpaid hydrotherapists on leaving, to repay their training costs when K9Splash had clearly benefitted from the income from their services for a year, and then virtually force them to leave earning such low wages they couldn’t live on, whilst charging customers more on the pretence they had to raise by 20% due to registering for VAT - really??? Just seriously bad management. I’d never kennel my dogs there either. Shut inside for most of the day & night, never get walks, just let outside to do business. Caged & fed. I’d rather not go on holiday. Shame they don’t do the decent thing and sell the business to someone who cares enough to run it properly. I’ve been using K9Splash hydrotherapy for several months. Diane has now permanently taken over from Matthew so I’m updating my last review. Diane is fantastic with Kimba’s swimming therapy. She obviously loves dogs and works really hard on achieving maximum movements at every session. There’s a noticeable difference in the new float jackets, assortment of toys and general attention to detail. The facilities are kept very clean and Diane is friendly & welcoming. Kimba loves her weekly visits and time with Diane. I can highly recommend her services.

Left are dog Mollie there for 9days when we had a holiday in Scotland staff was helpful. and are dog was looked after very well .first time we had to leave her at Kennels that long. I would recommend this place to leave your dogs thank you very much.

We visited unannounced. Our dog is booked in for a few days next month. All looked good. The staff handled our arrival well. Our dog (a puppy) reacted a little to the noise (lots of dogs seeking attention) and was otherwise fine. I'll report after our dog has spent some time at the kennels.

We hadn't left our boy before but are so happy we found Dogotel. The staff are amazing and he has been provided excellent care. I can't thank you all enough for taking such care of our little man (Chester).5 stars +++
