Awful!! Never cuts your dogs nails even when asked and never plucks their ears either which my new groomers agree should be a part of the groom for certain breeds! - would highly recommend avoiding here at all costs.

Do not respond to emails. Last cut electrics were out so had to do her quickly. Whatever shampoo they used stunk. This isn't preference to smell, she stank. Didn't do nails at all either. I did try them again given there issues that day but never again

My dogs are so nervous being groomed (both cockapoos with very thick curly fur!) and Lauren and her team make my two babies feel so relaxed (as they can be anyway!) and make me feel at ease leaving them. I used to use pets at home and my dogs didn’t get a loving groom and were very anxious but they are completely different at scruffy to fluffy and they really like Lauren. Lauren always asks me how I want them groomed and I have had them groomed in a teddy bear style which is so cute and I also have them shaved too (as matting is inevitable with mine go swimming and also run and roll in mud, sand and poo!). Either style they come out pleased and looking adorable and well groomed. Lauren always puts in effort to teddy groom them when I ask despite their tough fur and she does not charge extra. For a cockapoo groom I am only charged £35 per dog which is honestly amazing considering how tough poodle mixes are to groom. I couldn’t recommend scruffy to fluffy enough.

Excellent dog groomers have been using them for more than two years always look after you and the dogs (Golden Retriever and Cairn Terrier) 👍🏻

Terrible. Had both of our dogs done. Had to pay before seeing them. They where very shook up. Looked a total mess. One shaved bald. His fur has not grown back on his ears. E mailed and no reply. Totally disgusting service. Wouldn't recommend

We have two very large and very hairy dogs. I would not consider taking them elsewhere (having tried others locally) as Scruffy 2 Fluffy are the best!

I've taken my Shorkie called Peanut here for his last 2 cuts and on both times he's came out looking grea . It's a bit of a drive out for me but I am more than happy to do it knowing that he will be treated well and groomed to perfection.

First class! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We've taken our Goldendoodle here three times now and on each occasion he's come out looking and smelling gorgeous; trimmed just the way we wanted. Importantly, he's always very happy going in and when we collect him, which gives me the assurance that he's well looked after. Highly recommended.
